Tour Cancellation Policy

• No charge for the tour cancelled before 30 days of arrival date
• 25% cancellation charge for the tour cancelled before 20 days of arrival date
• 50% cancellation charge for the tour cancelled before 10 days of arrival date
• 75% cancellation charge for the tour cancelled before 07 days of arrival date
• No refund for less than 7 days of arrival date
• No refund will be entertained for services whether not availed or partially availed
• Extension of tour in Bhutan can be arrange no pro – data basis
