He sits in our office in Phuentsholing. Oma manages multiple tasks with great attention to detail — from applying for tourist permits and insurance, coordinating with hotels, to assisting guests during their arrival and departure. Known for her friendly and soft-spoken nature, she takes genuine care of every guest and always strives to meet their needs with warmth and professionalism.
